I LOVE real estate! And I love people. Being a REALTOR® gives me the opportunity to combine the two, but I really see my job as a people business. I have bought several homes before I was a real estate professional and remember what it was like as a buyer and seller. I like to take from those experiences and learn how to serve my clients well.
I love helping my sellers experience the selling of their home as a smooth and enjoyable process. I work behind the scenes with the other agent, title company, inspectors, appraisers, and lenders to give you the best possibility of NOT having a negative experience! I work hard for you to provide you with the necessary information to help you understand the process, understand how I work for you, and how my past experiences give me the best know-how to handle the situations that come up during a home-sale. I want you to feel confident that I will take good care of you while having your best interests in mind and act respectfully and truthfully with all involved. A little about me, once I started to flip houses, I realized that real estate was the profession I wanted to pursue. Aside from real estate I am a wife and mother. I homeschooled my children and lived in Texas and Florida. I now live in Ohio. Of the many things I enjoy doing, some are quilting, exercising, the opera, and traveling.

Valerie Murphy is a life-long resident of the West Akron/Fairlawn/Bath area, and loves this area immensely. She is proud that her children and grandchildren live in this area, making it the perfect place to call home. She has extensive work experience in management of a multi-million dollar business in Bath, Springside Athletic Club, as the general manager since 2001. A real estate agent since 2017, Valerie gets great satisfaction in helping her clients move onto their next chapter in life, and takes pride in her work.
